The new NFS-320, part of NOTIFIER’s ONYX Series of intelligent fire alarm control panels, is UL 864 Ninth Edition listed. It is engineered specifically for small applications, using exclusive technologies that minimize installation time, speed alarm response, and simplify maintenance and usability. The NFS-320 offers all the sophistication and premier performance synonymous with the ONYX Series…on a smaller scale.

The NFS-320 is ideal for small commercial buildings, restaurants, strip malls, and standalone retail facilities. It supports up to 318 intelligent devices (159 sensors/159 modules) on one SLC (Signaling Line Circuit), and has four NACs (Notification Appliance Circuits) with built in synchronization protocol for System Sensor, Wheelock, and Gentex horns and horn/strobes.

The NFS-320 system is easily expanded via the NOTI•FIRE•NET™ intelligent fire alarm network to accommodate future facility growth and expansion.

NOTIFIER’s patented FlashScan intelligent device polling protocol exceeds worldwide code requirements for response time. This, combined with ONYX Intelligent Sensing technology – an integral part of all ONYX Series panels – maximizes system stability by ensuring a faster, more accurate response to smoke and/or heat conditions, while substantially reducing nuisance alarms.

With the NFS-320’s auto-program feature, fire protection can be established in seconds. Using the highly intuitive menu options and built-in QWERTY keypad, facility managers can easily perform basic programming and maintenance functions, such as enabling/disabling of points and detector sensitivity testing, right from the panel.
